You don't have to take our word for it that we do exceptional work. Below are some comments from our clients about the services we provide.
We hire an independent third party to conduct quality surveys when we are done at a job site. Below are client comments from some of the surveys. We are proud that for 2007, 2008, and now 2009 that our business is "Complaint Free". In order to achieve this status we must do over 100 jobs per year, and are allowed only one complaint per 100.

From start to finish, great customer service. Merlin on the sales call answered all of our questions, spent time with us talking about the products & options, and recommendations.
Eric & Steve kept us informed with respect to timing.. we did encounter a lot of rain which delayed the exterior painting. They were cheerful and polite and bent over backwards to complete the job and help us out in any way.
We appreciated the work they did for us and will not hesitate to recommend this group or request their services if/when the need arises again. |

Even working with Ron, he was very easy to work with and he helped us get the doors together. We were very comfortable. The painting looks wonderful, we got so many compliments. |

They did a FANTASTIC job on my home. Upon power washing my home they found several rotted windows that Independent Window repair had missed. They also discovered that my deck was infested with carpenter ants. They rebuilt my deck and worked with Independent Window repair to get my windows repaired and the house painted all within a very tight deadline. The house, deck and windows were completed just in time for a bridal shower I was giving for my niece. |

when the painters got on my roof to clean the paint on the chimney before painting it, they noticed that the gutters needed a cleaning (which I would never know because my roof is 3 stories high and I have no way to get up there) and they automatically cleaned the gutters!!! I was impressed. |

Dressed with PaintCrew.com clothing - looked very professional.Greg, the supervisor would call when they were going to arrive, he also, called if the weather was bad and they could not make it. Cleaned up after themselves each day. Were very pleasant. Did not get paint on other parts of the house or plants (had the outside painted). |

Continue in your professional way - calling the client when the crew is on the way, or if they have to cancel. Continue to keep the client informed of everything that is going on. Continue to clean up every day. Continue the "walk" around with the client at the end of the job to make sure everything is done to the client's satisfaction. |

they guy who has this office Merlin was just terrific I have him on a number of projects I had him bid couple jobs for me. I'm just real happy with him they do what they say they're going to do, they don't whine when they come up with issues. We just did a VIP opening of a youth center they did for us, we had pictures of his staff with paint on their faces. They do a real good job. We had a follow up on this job we had chairs to be painted, and he's taking them to his cottage to paint. |
